We were met on arrival by Albert who showed us were everything was and how to work everything. We went out for dinner but there is adequate facilities to bring something of your own or hire a BBQ, or a great selection of takeway menus . We relaxed in our hot tub which was nicely secluded which was beautiful at night when all the lights came on around the grounds. Next morning we had a delicious cooked breakfast delivered to the cabin definitely worth it. Would definitely stay there again.

A beautiful quiet location, instructions given very well prior to stay which was very helpful. Cabins clean and cosy, everything you need for your stay is available and albert was very welcoming and more than helpful. Breakfast was lovely and well presented. Facing oakfire adventures which was also brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful stay & will definitely be back, friendly owners and having a pet friendly experience was great! The hot tub was amazing didn't go cold! Breakfast was lovely the cabin was clean and fresh also Our pup definitely enjoyed himself and so did we!

This was a very special trip for us as my Mum lived at the Oaks until she was 9, and when she found out about the lodges, she decided that she wanted to celebrate her 80th birthday there, with her children and grandchildren. 16 of us travelled across from England. We had a fantastic weekend. The accommodation was very comfortable, and we all loved the hot tubs, bbqs and fire pits. The zip lining was great - enjoyed as much by the kids as by their 79 year old Grandpa! The walks through the woods were beautiful. Albert and family were brilliant hosts - the perfect mix of being very available but not at all intrusive. Thank you to Albert, Louise and all of the family there, for their help and hospitality.
